We run SEO and paid advertising for US businesses, remotely, and we publish what it costs.
Vexorao is a new agency, which you would find out eventually, so here it is first. Instead of asking you to take the rest on faith, we've published the prices, the scope, what's excluded, how the work runs week by week and how to end it, so you can judge the offer before you speak to anyone.
Terms we publish
SEO from $1,150 per month. Google Ads from $950 per month, plus the ad spend you pay Google directly.
Advertising budget is billed to you by the platform, at cost. It never passes through us.
You own every account, property and file we work in. We use delegated access, never ownership.
Scope, exclusions and exit terms are published on this site, not saved for a call.

What we publish that most agencies don't
Seven things this category normally keeps until you're on a call. Each one is a link to where it is actually published on this site.
-
The price.
Every service has a starting monthly figure on the pricing page. No form in front of it, no range so wide it means nothing, no "contact us for a quote". Link: what it costs
-
What isn't included.
Each package lists its exclusions next to its inclusions, in the same size type. Naming what you are not buying is the part that takes nerve. Link: what isn't in it
-
What happens in the first ninety days.
Week by week: what we do, what you receive, and what is realistically visible by then. It is also where we say that SEO movement is slow. Link: how the work runs
-
What the report contains.
The exact metrics, the format, and the commitment to report enquiries rather than impressions and ranking screenshots. Link: how the work runs
-
Who does the work.
Before you sign, you get told in writing which people or contracted specialists handle each part of your account, and you get told if that changes. Link: who does the work
-
Who owns the accounts and the data.
You do, including the ones we create. We work through delegated access you can revoke yourself. Link: how the work runs
-
How to leave.
Access revoked on request, everything exportable, work in progress accounted for, written down before you start rather than negotiated when you're annoyed. Link: how the work runs

Symptoms
02 — Symptoms
Which of these sounds like you?
Six situations people arrive with. The middle column is usually the cause, not always.
- Organic traffic dropped and an AI summary now answers the question above your listing.
- The question got answered without a click, and your pages aren't written to be quoted.
- AI search visibility
- Google Ads spends the whole budget every month and the enquiries don't arrive.
- Usually match types, missing negative keywords, or clicks landing on a page that answers a different question.
- Google Ads
- Your Meta or LinkedIn ads get engagement and almost no enquiries.
- Boosted posts optimise for the reaction, not the form fill, and the audience is often too broad.
- Paid social
- Traffic is up. Enquiries are flat.
- Before anything else: check whether enquiries are being recorded at all. Broken conversion tracking looks exactly like this.
- Analytics and reporting
- You can't say which channel produced your last ten customers.
- Nothing is joined up: forms, calls and platforms are each counting a different thing.
- Analytics and reporting
- You rank for your own company name and very little else.
- The site has no pages targeting how people describe the problem before they know your name.
- SEO

Services

The five things we do
-
1. SEO
Search engine optimisation: changing your own website and what's on it so search engines can read it and rank it.
Technical audit and fixes · page structure and information architecture · content production · internal linking · indexation · structured data · link acquisition by outreach where it is in scope
from $1,150 /mo
What's included in SEO → -
2. Google Ads
PPC, pay per click: you pay Google each time someone clicks an ad.
Account structure · keyword and negative-keyword management · Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns · ad copy and testing · bidding and budget pacing · conversion tracking · the page the clicks land on
-
3. Paid social
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn, run as one discipline.
Audience and exclusion setup · campaign structure · creative concepts and ad copy · budget pacing · conversion tracking and the landing destination
-
4. AI search visibility
GEO and AEO, generative engine optimisation and answer engine optimisation: work aimed at being findable and quotable when an assistant answers instead of listing links.
Entity and brand clarity · content structured for extraction · source-quality signals · coverage of the questions assistants are actually asked in your category · monitoring which assistants surface you
-
5. Analytics and reporting
GA4 (Google Analytics 4), conversion tracking, Search Console and Tag Manager, set up so that an enquiry is counted as an enquiry.
Ongoing reporting is included in every retainer and is not sold as a monthly line.
from $1,250 one-time

Method
04 — Method
The first 90 days
Authored as text, not a picture, so you can read it now and hold us to it later.
-
Weeks 1–2
Baseline
- Delegated access to the accounts you already have
- A technical and account audit written down rather than presented
- Conversion tracking checked before anything else is touched
- The priority list agreed with you in writing
Observable by then
An honest inventory of what is broken. Not results. If anyone shows you results in week two, they are showing you noise.
-
Weeks 3–6
Fix and build
- The technical fixes from the audit
- The first content or campaign builds
- Negative keywords and structure work on paid accounts
- Internal linking, and the first written report
Observable by then
Paid campaigns produce real click and conversion data, because paid media is fast. Organic changes are indexed but rarely reflected in position yet.
-
Weeks 7–12
Iterate
- Iteration on what the data says
- Further content and pages
- Bid and budget adjustment
- Continued technical work
Observable by then
Paid performance has enough data to compare periods honestly. Organic movement, where it happens, tends to start showing here, and the industry's own consensus is that a fair judgement of SEO takes closer to six months than three. We would rather say that now than explain it in month four.

Ownership
05 — Ownership
What's yours, and what we never touch
Yours
- Your domain and your website.
- Your Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn ad accounts, including any we create for you.
- Your GA4 property, Search Console and Tag Manager.
- Every page, article, ad, keyword list and report produced for you.
- We work through delegated access, never ownership. You can revoke it yourself, in about a minute, without asking us.
- If we stop working together, everything is exportable, and nothing is held back to make leaving harder.
Never ours
- Your advertising budget.
- Google, Meta and LinkedIn bill you directly, at cost. We invoice our management fee and nothing else.
- We take no percentage of your ad spend while your monthly spend is under $10,000, which means a bigger budget does not make us more money. Above that threshold the fee becomes a percentage, and that is stated on the pricing page rather than discovered later.
- No markup, no media buying through us, no reselling.

Refusals

What we don't do
— We don't guarantee rankings, traffic or sales. Nobody can, and an agency that does is telling you something about itself.
— We're not the right fit if the smallest number on our pricing page is more than you want to spend on marketing in a month. A freelancer or your own time will get you further, and we'd rather say so now.
— A brand-new site expecting enquiries from search inside 30 days will be disappointed by us. Paid media can move that fast. Organic cannot, and we won't pretend otherwise.
— We don't buy links, run private blog networks or pay for guest-post placements. Google's spam policies treat those as link spam, and the penalty lands on your domain, not ours.
— We don't build websites, produce video, do PR, implement CRMs, run email marketing, manage organic social accounts, or white-label for other agencies.

Questions
07 — Questions
The three questions you're actually asking
You're new. Why would I hire you?
Because of what you can check rather than what we say. The scope is published, so you know what is and isn't included before you talk to us. The accounts stay in your name, so we can be removed in a minute. Your advertising budget goes to Google or Meta directly, so the largest sum of money involved never sits with us. The fee, the term and the notice period are written into an agreement before anything starts. That is a smaller risk than most people assume, and it is a different kind of assurance than a logo wall.
Where are the case studies?
There aren't any. We're new, client work needs permission before it can be published, and results need time before they mean anything. We could write "a client in the home-services sector saw a 312% increase" and nobody could check it. Instead the method is published in full, the ninety-day plan is written down, and the report specification is on the site so you know what you'd be reading each month. Judge that, and judge this website, which is the one piece of work we can show you.
What does this cost?
SEO from $1,150 per month. Google Ads from $950 per month while your monthly ad spend is under $10,000, plus the spend itself, which you pay Google. Paid social from $980 per month for one platform. AI search visibility from $850 per month alongside SEO. Tracking setup from $1,250 as a one-time job. Every tier lists what it excludes.

Tell us what you need
Send your website address and the thing you're trying to fix. That is enough for a reply that talks about your site rather than about us.
We read what you send and look at the site before answering, so what comes back is specific. We won't add you to a mailing list.
