This policy explains what happens to information when you visit vexorao.com or send us a message through the contact form on this site. It is written to describe what this website actually does — which is not very much — rather than to cover every practice a marketing agency could theoretically have.

Email is the fastest way to reach us about anything in this policy.
The short version
We collect what you type into our contact form and send it to our own email inbox so we can reply. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies, or session recording. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list because we do not have one.
What we collect
Information you give us through the contact form. The form asks for your name and your work email address, which are required, and what you need help with, chosen from a fixed list, which is also required. It also has optional fields for your website address and a message. Anything you type into the message box is collected as part of the message.
Please don't send confidential, sensitive or regulated information through this form. It is an ordinary email pathway, not a secure channel. If you need to send us something sensitive, contact us first and we will agree on a better way.
Information your browser sends automatically. Like almost every website, this one runs on a web server that keeps standard access logs. Those logs typically record your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, the page you requested, the time of the request, and the referring page if there was one. These logs are created and held by our web hosting provider as part of running the server. We do not use them to build profiles, we do not analyse them to study visitor behaviour, and we do not combine them with anything else.
That is the complete list. We do not collect payment information, we do not have user accounts, we do not accept file uploads, and we have no newsletter to subscribe you to.
Why we use it
We use the information you send through the contact form for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. If that leads to a conversation about working together, we will use the same contact details to continue that conversation.
We use server logs to keep the site running, to diagnose faults, and to identify abusive traffic.
Spam protection on the contact form. To stop the form being used to send bulk automated messages, we count how many times it has been submitted recently from the same origin. We do this without keeping your IP address: the address is converted into an irreversible hash, and only that hash, a timestamp and a count are written to a file on our own server. The file cannot be read from the web, it is deleted automatically within minutes, and it holds nothing you typed into the form. No third-party spam service is involved, and there is no CAPTCHA to solve.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, scoring, automated decision-making, or resale.
Where it goes
Contact form submissions are sent by email to our own inbox at support@vexorao.com. They are not saved to a database on this website and they are not stored on the web server. Once the email is sent, the copy that matters lives in our mailbox.
Getting that email from the form to our inbox involves two service providers: the company that hosts this website and transmits the message, and the company that hosts our email inbox and stores it. Both handle the information on our behalf and for no purpose of their own.
Beyond that, we do not share your information with anyone. We do not sell it. We do not trade or rent it. We do not disclose it for anyone else's advertising. We would only disclose information if we were legally required to — for example, in response to a valid legal process — or if we genuinely needed to in order to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We would tell you before transferring your information as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets one cookie, and only when you use the contact form. It is a first-party session cookie that carries a security token used to confirm the form was submitted from this website and not from somewhere else. It contains no information about you, it expires when your browser session ends, and it is not used for any other purpose.
If you browse the site without opening the contact form, no cookies are set at all.
We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics service. We do not use advertising or conversion pixels from Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok or anyone else. We do not use heatmaps, scroll tracking or session recording. We do not use a tag manager. We do not embed third-party fonts, maps, videos, chat widgets or CAPTCHA services. Everything this site loads is served from vexorao.com.
That is also why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing optional to accept or reject.

Do Not Track and browser privacy signals
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal, and some send a Global Privacy Control signal. These are designed to tell websites not to track you across time or across other websites, and not to sell or share your personal information.
We do not track visitors across time or across other websites, and we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing for these signals to switch off. We do not detect or respond to them, because there is no tracking here for them to change. Third parties do not conduct tracking on this website, because there are no third parties on this website.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails stay in our inbox for as long as we reasonably need them — to reply, to continue a conversation, or to keep a record of a business discussion — and are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Server access logs are retained according to our hosting provider's default configuration. That period is set by the provider rather than by us, and we do not control it.
Nothing you submit is stored in a database on this website, because this website does not have one.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. This site is served over HTTPS, the contact form is protected against cross-site request forgery and automated abuse, and submissions are not stored on the web server.
We should be straight with you about the limits of that. Email is not a secure medium, no website or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot promise that information sent over the internet can never be intercepted or accessed by someone who should not have it. That is why we ask you not to send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form.
Your choices
Whatever country you are in, you can ask us to:
- tell you what information about you we hold;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your enquiry and our record of it.
Email support@vexorao.com and tell us what you want. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to ask a question to confirm we are dealing with the right person, and there may be occasions where we have to keep something for a legal reason — if so we will tell you why.
You can also simply choose not to use the contact form. Our email address and phone number are on the site, and you are welcome to use either instead.
We do not treat anyone differently for making one of these requests.
Children
This website is for businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information through this site, email support@vexorao.com and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
This site may link to websites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them. Have a look at their own policies before giving them information.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. If we ever add something significant — analytics, advertising tracking, a mailing list, online payments or client accounts — we will rewrite this policy before that change goes live, not after.
